Fishing Report

This Week on the Water

Week of August 24, 2026

Offshore Report

Offshore has really turned on this week — there’s a lot of bait pushed up in the 30-foot range, and it’s pulling in a solid kingfish and wahoo bite around the reef. Snapper are starting to fire up with the full moon, and we’re seeing the first swordfish of the season showing up offshore too.

Inshore Report

The mullet run has kicked off along the beaches, and it’s bringing tarpon and snook in tight to shore to feed. Mangrove snapper are also thick around the structure and biting well on live shrimp. If you’re looking for some exciting light-tackle action, now’s the time to get out there.

Looking Ahead

With the swordfish bite starting to build and bait stacking up on the reef, the next few weeks offshore should only get better — reach out to lock in your spot.
